Barbato Construction Co., Inc

In 1978, I started Barbato Construction Co., Inc.  With a desire to “build with integrity” We provide prompt, quality work and timely payments for all employees, subcontractors, and material suppliers.  I have a construction supervisor’s license, a class A field concrete technician’s license, a hoisting engineer’s license, and a Boston City license.  I am the General Manager and overall supervisor of Barbato Construction Company.

From my earliest years I was intrigued by earth moving and building construction.  In high school, I was part of a framing crew.  In 1963, I received an associate’s degree in civil and highway engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.  Through the years I worked as a surveyor, construction superintendent, resident engineer, and equipment operator.  As a vice-president of Cumberland Construction Company, Inc. that did $10 million in sales annually, I oversaw all phases of the general building with a specialty in sewer and water treatment plants and pumping stations.
